We begin with a discovery call to discuss your vision, event needs, and expectations. Whether full-service planning, partial planning, or our highly sought-after design and décor services, everything is customized to align with your specific goals and vision.

Design & Onboarding

For design clients, we’ll create a personalized mood board, defining the color palette and overall theme, complete with digital mock-ups tailored to your event. For full-service and partial planning clients, we start with an onboarding meeting to begin initial planning, introduce our project management system, and outline the planning process for the months ahead.

Collaborative Planning & Design Refinement

For full or partial planning clients, we’ll work closely with you on all aspects of your event—vendor management, budget, layout, timelines, and logistics—ensuring every detail is meticulously covered. For design-focused clients, we’ll collaborate to refine colors, fonts, and décor elements, working collaboratively to ensure your vision is brought to life.

Final Preparations

Once everything is approved, we handle all sourcing and preparation. You’ll receive a final update during the final stages, which includes a walkthrough, rehearsal for wedding clients, and final vendor confirmations, ensuring everything is on track for a smooth setup, installation, or event day.

Event Day – Execution & Breakdown

For full-service or partial planning, we’re with you for the entire day, overseeing the event from start to finish to ensure everything runs smoothly. For design + décor-only services, we manage the installation at least 3–4 hours before the event start time and handle the breakdown of all contracted items, allowing you to enjoy your event without worry.
